Built from precision laser-cut stainless steel, this EGR Block-Off Kit is designed specifically for the Mitsubishi Delica L300 equipped with the 4D56 turbo diesel engine.
By eliminating exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), this kit helps reduce carbon and soot buildup inside the intake manifold, improving airflow and helping maintain engine performance. Over time, EGR systems can contribute to significant intake restriction on diesel engines, making this a popular upgrade for Delica owners.
Our exhaust block-off plate is pre-tapped with 1/8” NPT threads, allowing for the easy installation of an optional EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) probe without drilling or modification.
