Built from precision laser-cut stainless steel, this EGR Block-Off Kit is designed specifically for the Mitsubishi Delica L400 equipped with the 4M40 turbo diesel engine.

By eliminating exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), this kit helps reduce carbon and soot buildup inside the intake manifold, improve airflow, and may help reduce excessive black smoke under load. It is a simple and effective upgrade for owners looking to keep their intake system cleaner and improve long-term engine reliability.

Our exhaust block-off plate is pre-tapped with 1/8” NPT threads, allowing for easy installation of an optional EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) probe without drilling or modification.
