🔧 Function

 

The left-side automatic transmission speed sensor monitors transmission output/input shaft speed and sends data to the ECU/TCU. This signal is critical for:

 

  • Proper gear shifting

  • Accurate speedometer operation

  • Torque converter lock-up

  • Preventing transmission limp mode
