Return/Refund Policy/Warranty

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:

Are you not finding your vehicle listed, or unsure about fitment? We’re available to assist to make sure you have the right part—reach out to us before you place your order. Please note, due to the nature of the complexity of these parts, all sales are final. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please contact us directly to resolve this. 

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

     

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.

  

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Warranty Policy

Lifetime Limited Warranty (HiYota-Specific Manufactured Parts)

HiYota offers a lifetime limited warranty on all HiYota-Specific manufactured parts, including ladders, racks, fiberglass products, lift kits, and more. If any HiYota-Specific part deforms or suffers structural failure, we will replace it free of charge once the damaged item is returned to our warehouse.

Please Note: Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse is not covered under this warranty. HiYota Parts Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused by our parts to any personal property or people. All parts we make are designed for off-road use only. 

1-Year Limited Warranty (All Other Parts)

We also offer a 1-year limited warranty on all new parts sold on our website. If a part breaks, deforms, stops functioning, or experiences structural issues within one year of purchase, we will provide a replacement after the defective item has been returned to us. If you require expedited replacement we are here to help. Please contact us ASAP for support. 

Please note that all parts must be professionally installed by a licensed mechanic in order for the 1 year warranty to stand. If parts were not installed by a licensed mechanic all warranties are void for parts. We are here to support you every step of the way, ensuring your parts perform at their best.
