Please choose the correct gasket thickness based on the factory hole markings and piston protrusion measurements.

Available Thickness Options:

  • 1 Notch / Hole – ~1.40–1.50 mm
  • 3 Notch / Hole – ~1.50–1.60 mm
  • 5 Notch / Hole – ~1.60–1.70 mm

IMPORTANT:
Unlike the 1KZ engine, Toyota L-series diesel engines use a different gasket thickness identification system. The correct gasket thickness is determined by piston protrusion measurement at Top Dead Center (TDC).  

Toyota L-series engines commonly use:

  • 1 Hole/Notch = thinnest gasket
  • 3 Hole/Notch = medium thickness
  • 5 Hole/Notch = thickest gasket

Typical Thickness Correlation:

  • 1 Hole → approx. 1.45 mm
  • 3 Hole → approx. 1.55 mm
  • 5 Hole → approx. 1.65 mm  

For best results:

  • Match the original gasket marking whenever possible
  • Measure piston protrusion if the engine block or head has been machined
  • Verify using OEM part number and VIN/chassis code

Returned parts must be in new, unused condition, and restocking fees may apply for certain items.

Do you provide installation instructions for your parts?

Some parts come with installation instructions; however, not all do. For complex installations, we recommend having the parts installed by a professional mechanic. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a specific installation.
