Upgrade your Toyota Hiace with our premium 3" Turbo-Back Stainless Steel Exhaust System, engineered specifically for the KZH106 1KZ-TE turbo diesel. Designed to maximize exhaust flow, reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and improve overall engine performance and reliability.

This is a true 3" turbo-back system, replacing the factory exhaust from the turbocharger all the way to the tailpipe.

Installation Notes

This is a full turbo-back system designed to bolt directly to the turbocharger.

Because every 25–30-year-old Hiace varies slightly due to age, previous repairs, and suspension modifications, minor adjustment ("clocking") of the V-band connections may be required during installation to achieve the perfect fit.

The factory turbo outlet hardware is often seized after decades of heat cycles. While the exhaust can be installed without removing the turbocharger, we highly recommend removing the turbo to make installation significantly easier. Every exhaust includes a complete turbo gasket and hardware kit with new studs, nuts, and seals.

Professional installation is highly recommended due to the complexity of fitting a full turbo-back exhaust system and the likelihood of seized factory hardware on older vehicles.
