Built from precision laser-cut stainless steel, this EGR Block-Off Kit is designed specifically for the Mitsubishi Delica L300 equipped with the 4D56 2.5L Turbo Diesel engine.

Removing the factory EGR system helps reduce carbon and soot buildup inside the intake manifold, improving airflow and helping maintain engine performance. Over time, EGR systems can significantly restrict airflow on diesel engines, making this one of the most popular upgrades for the Delica L300.

The exhaust block-off plate is precision machined and pre-tapped with a 1/8" NPT port, allowing for the easy installation of an optional EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) probe without drilling or modification.

The digital EGT monitor and probe are proudly made in the USA.

Monitoring exhaust gas temperatures is highly recommended on turbo diesel engines, especially when towing, climbing steep grades, driving in hot climates, or operating under heavy loads. The pre-threaded exhaust block-off plate allows the EGT probe to be installed quickly and cleanly with no additional drilling.
